6:00 AM: Board a boat to visit the Cai Rang floating market, the largest in the Mekong Delta. A stop will allow you to visit the Le Binh land market, located opposite the Cai Rang market. This is a unique opportunity to compare a floating market with a land market. Stroll through a village and visit a traditional noodle dish production site.

Head to Son ecological island (Con Son). Take a short boat ride to Con Son island with a stop to visit the floating village. Enjoy a fish foot massage. Have lunch with a local family. Walk around the island to discover local life and the daily activities of the locals. Visit an orchard, participate in making traditional cakes, and taste seasonal fruits and homemade local cakes.
