Stroll through the former Catinat Street (Dong Khoi Street), visit the Central Post Office built in 1886 by Eiffel, the Notre-Dame Cathedral with its neo-Romanesque style in red bricks, the City Hall, and the Municipal Theatre (Opera House).

Afternoon: You will visit the Reunification Palace, Ben Thanh Market, Thien Hau Temple (Temple of the Celestial Lady).

Overnight at the hotel.

Boat excursion on the Ben Tre River, tuk-tuk ride to Nhon Thanh village, exploration of local life.

8:00 AM: Departure for the Mekong Delta to Ben Tre Province, the land of coconut trees. Upon arrival at the Hung Vuong pier, a motorboat excursion unveils the customs and daily life of Mekong Delta residents: fishing, goods transportation, etc. First stop at a ceramic kiln to witness how bricks are decorated and baked. Then, visit one of the coconut candy workshops. Taste these candies with honey tea.

Continue your boat excursion to the Cai Son and Nhon Thanh arroyos, where local families specialize in mat-making. Tuk-tuk ride through idyllic landscapes of rice fields, coconut groves, and vegetable gardens. Stop at a coconut orchard to learn the technique of coconut harvesting. Lunch at a family-owned restaurant.

In the afternoon, a short walk allows you to delve into local life, followed by a brief rowing boat ride along small canals amidst palm groves. Then, return to Ben Tre Quay on the main boat. Disembark at the Ham Luong quay and head to Cho Lach. Homestay accommodation. You will have the opportunity to participate in the making and tasting of Banh Xeo, a crispy crepe filled with soybean sprouts, pork slices, and shrimp. Dinner and night at Jardin du Mekong.

Transfer to the Cai Be pier. Upon arrival, board a traditional boat around noon.

Welcome with a refreshing drink. Lunch on board as the boat heads towards Co Chien. During the cruise, you'll have the opportunity to admire beautiful authentic landscapes along the river.

Afternoon: Walk or bike on trails through villages. This excursion will lead you to discover green orchards, river activities, and most importantly, to meet the locals.

The boat continues towards Tra On, crossing the Mang Thit River, navigating among rice and sand barges. The sampan has a domestic character and is suitable for small-scale exchanges. It transports families, fruits, vegetables, and mats.

On the upper deck of the boat, relax and enjoy a drink offered by the crew. Experience a foot massage while watching the sunset over the river.

Participate in a cooking workshop on the boat.

Overnight on board the boat.

An early wake-up allows you to witness the dawn and the bustling life on the Mekong River: barge traffic, and activities of the locals along the riverbanks.

Breakfast is served on board as the boat gently sails towards Can Tho to reach the Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the most significant floating markets in the Mekong.

Boat ride along the shady creeks lined with palm trees. You can admire beautiful orchards and commercial activities. Visit a noodle and vermicelli factory. Disembark from the boat.

Around 10:00 AM: Transfer to Can Tho Airport for the flight to Phu Quoc, where you can enjoy a beach stay on Phu Quoc Island.
