Day 1Hanoi – Bac Ha – Na Lo (L, D)
Depart from Hanoi to Bac Ha. The journey starts on a lovely path that traverses a valley with pine-covered hills, rice fields, and gardens. Immerse yourself in the calmness of nature. Warking tour through the village. Overnight in a homestay in Tay village.
Day 2Bac Ha - San Chu Van – Nam Cay – Ban Lien, Immersion In Tay Culture (B, L, D)
Enjoy breakfast.
Next, visit the Bac Ha market if it is Sunday, then transfer to Sanchuvan, home of Hmong Flower People. Trek from Sanchuvan to Ban Lien, following the trail atop a mountain ridge. This day, Mobile network coverage may be limited in this area
You will be mesmerized by the incredible landscapes featuring beautiful terraced rice fields. Trek through the forest, with challenging terrain requiring some uphill climbs. At the end of day, you'll reach Ban Lien, home of the Tay People. Here, you'll encounter lush, picturesque valleys with terraced rice fields, green tea gardens, and palm trees. Lunch will be a picnic. Meet the host family and discover their living space. Spend the night in a stilt house covered with palm leaves. Dinner and homestay.
Day 3Ban Lien – Nam Khanh, Discovery Of Tay And Dzao Culture – Lao Cai Train Station (B, L, D)
Enjoy breakfast. Embark on a journey from Ban Lien to Nam Khanh, with stops along the way to visit villages inhabited by H'Mong Flower, La Chi, Dzao, and Tay. Explore the intricacies of their traditional costumes. At 4 PM, transfer by car to Lao Cai train station. Board the night train to Hanoi.
