Day 2Nậm Đát – Nậm Qua - Long Chun (B, L, D)

Embark on a leisurely stroll for about thirty minutes, leading you to the vibrant weekly market held every Thursday morning. At 9:00 AM, set forth on a picturesque march towards the Song Chung river, where a serene lake cruise awaits.
Continue your journey to the Nam Qua village of Dzao Rouge, nestled against a backdrop of terraced rice fields, where a sumptuous lunch will be served. In the afternoon, the adventure continues as you tread towards the charming Long Chun village. Your day concludes with a hearty homestay dinner and a restful night's sleep.
Day 3Lung Chun - Nam Cai – Hong Son (B, L, D)
Commence the day with a delightful breakfast shared with your homestay family.
Embark on an ascent through towering mountains, traversing primitive forests adorned with tropical wonders—rattan, orchids, cardamoms, and a variety of medicinal plants. After approximately 2 hours of invigorating trekking, arrive at the mountain's summit, offering breathtaking views. Begin your descent into the secluded realms of Nam Cai, a Dzao Rouge village. Feast your eyes on the panoramic vistas as you indulge in a hearty lunch. In the afternoon, journey towards Tien Nguyen's center before setting off to the village of Cao Son.
Your trek continues along forested paths and bamboo thickets. After crossing a gentle stream, you'll embark on a captivating journey through the Tay ethnic village. After 3 km, you'll encounter the Dzao Ao Dai village, nestled against the slopes of a mountain adorned with terraced rice fields. A small stream crossing marks the gateway to your inviting homestay. The trek extends over 2 hours, weaving through mountains and picturesque villages. Enjoy a delicious dinner and an overnight stay in the comforting embrace of a Dzao Ao Dai family.
Day 4Hong Son – Son Thanh - Nung Cu, Immerse In Nung Culture (B, L, D)
Awaken to a nourishing breakfast prepared by your homestay hosts. Prepare for a full day of trekking, traversing terraced rice fields and winding your way to the base of the Son Thanh waterfall.
Immerse yourself in the rich culture of the Nung ethnic group. Embark on a hike along mountain slopes adorned with breathtaking terraced rice fields and tea-draped hills. After an 8 km walk, arrive at the village of Son Thanh, a dwelling place of the Dzao Rouge. Immerse yourself in the visual splendor of the traditional attire worn by the Dzao Rouge. Gain insight into local customs as you observe porters preparing lunch. Son Thanh's elevation reaches 600 meters.
In the afternoon, ascend to the summit of a mountain standing at an impressive altitude of 885 meters. From this vantage point, behold the panoramic vista of Nam Khoa's mesmerizing rice valley. Descend along a trail winding through bamboo forests, leading you to the Nung ethnic village. After a 6 km journey, you'll find refuge in the comforting embrace of a Nung Cu homestay. Your day of trekking covers a distance of 14 km and spans approximately 6 to 7 hours.
Day 5Nung Cu – Khoa Trung – Nam Ai (B, L, D)
After a hearty breakfast, embark on a leisurely stroll through picturesque rice valleys and verdant bamboo forests.
As you traverse this captivating terrain, encounter a tapestry of diverse ethnicities, including the Nung, Dzao Rouge, and Dzao Ao Dai. Engage in conversations with locals, exchanging insights into their unique way of life. After approximately 3 hours of walking, arrive at Khoa Trung village, a vibrant Dzao Rouge community. Delight in a nourishing homestay lunch.
In the afternoon, pass through the Gateway of Heaven, leading you to the Dzao Ao Dai village of Nam Ai. A warm homestay dinner and a night of rest await, marking the culmination of a trek spanning 15-16 km, taking approximately 6 hours.
Day 6Ho San – Ban Luoc, The Terraced Rice Field Paradise (B, L, D)
Embark on a trek to uncover one of Northern Vietnam's most captivating terraced rice valleys, deeply immersing yourself in Dzao Noir culture.
Morning: Traverse bamboo-laden forests, ancient tea plantations, and villages inhabited by the Dzao and Hmong communities. Witness the ebb and flow of daily life, observing locals engaged in their routines amidst fields and forests. Relish a picnic lunch amid the natural splendor. In the afternoon, follow a trail that unveils breathtaking panoramic views of terraced rice fields punctuating the valley.

Embark on a trail different from the previous day's, encompassing a 1 to 2-hour walk. Continue your journey back to Hanoi.
