To book a flight, please provide GP Travel with all necessary passenger details: full name, passport number, and date of birth (preferably with a copy of the passport), along with an email address and phone number.

Additionally, please provide the contact details of the person responsible for the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the ticket confirmation will be sent to you via email.

We strongly recommend reviewing each airline’s baggage policy carefully, especially the weight limitations for both carry-on and checked luggage.

Once fare availability is confirmed, payment must be made, covering the ticket price as well as any applicable additional fees (bank fees, service fees, etc.).

After the payment is validated, you will receive an invoice and a booking confirmation. Your tickets will be sent via email or according to the agreed-upon arrangements.

If you provide us with personal data, we commit to processing and storing it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As a user, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during booking and must present a valid identification document at check-in and/or boarding. Furthermore, you agree not to provide false or misleading information regarding your identity.

Apart from exceptional promotions, the best time to book a flight varies depending on the destination. However, it is generally recommended to book your tickets 4 to 5 months in advance to secure the best fares. Prices tend to be lower compared to last-minute bookings, but booking too early (more than 6 months in advance) does not necessarily provide additional savings. Flights are often cheaper in the middle of the week.

Avoid purchasing tickets on weekends or during peak hours (daytime or evening). Instead, opt for midweek bookings for better prices.

For international flights, it is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.

For domestic flights, arrive at least 1 hour before departure.

The transfer time from the city center to the airport is typically around one hour.

An electronic ticket (e-ticket) is a digital version of your flight reservation, accessible directly on your mobile phone. Simply present your e-ticket at check-in or boarding, without the need for a paper ticket.
