Day 1: Hanoi – Mai Chau – Pu Luong (L, D)
We depart Hanoi for Pu Luong Natural Reserve via Mai Chau. This scenic drive takes around 4 hrs. Along the way we pass fields of tapioca and sugar cane as well as rice paddies. We will reach Mai Chau valley by lunchtime. Following lunch in Lac Village we drive 22km further into the reserve where we begin our trek. We trek for approximately 3 hrs before arriving at Hang Village, which is home to Thai ethnic minority. We spend the night with a local Thai family who will be our hosts in a traditional house built on stilts. Before dinner we can stroll around the village to observe daily life activities of the locals.

Day 2: Trek to Kho Muong Village (B, L, D)
This morning we have breakfast in the home stay before we begin the big trek of the day. Today we will be walking for around 6 hrs on a rocky path running through jungle. Lunch stop will be in a village along the way. After lunch we will pass through several Thai villages before arriving at the village of Kho Muong. As the name suggests this is a Muong minority village and we will be their guests for the night.

Day 3: Trek to Cao Hoong Village (B, L, D)
Today we have a full day trek as we climb to the Pu Luong range. En route we pass through a number of small hamlets and minority villages. After 3 hr of light ascent we will we will descend to the village of Cao Hoong, a village of Thai ethnic minority people, where we spend the night in local home.

Day 4: Trek to Cao Village (B, L, D)
Our trek through the verdant countryside today will take around 6 hrs. The trek path runs uphill and downhill through forest, rice terraces and scenic villages. On the trek we may see farmers working on rice paddies and children going to school. Lunch break will be in a local village. We spend the night in the Thai village of Cao.

Day 5: Cao Village – Canh Nang Town – Thanhhoa  (B, L, D)
After breakfast we trek toward Ma River. The trek is quite gentle since we descend a wide-open valley. After 2 hrs trek we will reach Pho Doan Town where we will visit to the local market. Lunch at a local restaurant at Canh Nang. We will be picked up and transferred to Thanhhoa city and overnight in Thanh Hoa or optional overnight at Samson beach (25km from Thanh Hoa city)


Day 06: Thanhhoa – Ninhbinh (B, L, D)
drive to Ninh Binh with many limestone rock mountain that grow from green rice field Ninh Binh know as Ha Long Bay on land. On arrival we take bamboo boat to visit Trang An Grottoes, this area is located 4km Southwest of Hoa Lu ancient capital inside Trang An Eco tourism complex. The Trang An Grottoes has an area of 1,500 hectares; including: limestone ranges, valleys, caves and rivers. All these factors make a fancinate and romantic atmostphere. There is a system of unique grottoes like Ba Giot, Dia Linh, Toi (Dark Cave), Sang (Bright Cave), Ao Trai Cave and Seo Cave. There are also valleys like Tran Temple valley, May valley, Khong Valley, Nau Ruou Valley. After visit we will transfer to hotel, overnight at hotel in Ninhbinh town.


Day  07: Ninhbinh – Namdinh – Thaibinh – Halong (B, L, D)
After breakfast we will continue our trip across the Red River Delta through Namdinh province, Thabinh province, Haiphong province to Ha Long city. Enjoying sigh seeing the spectacular rural landscape the smiling faces of the people on the way. Arrival to Ha Long Bay wharf around 12.00, check – in registration, board on a Deluxe junks, welcome drink and have lunch on boat. The cruise will take you by exotic islets with shapes of Dog, Incense Urn, Fight Cocks, Finger islets and explore the mysteries of Sung Sot cave (Surprising cave). Swimming and relax at Titop beach. Dinner and overnight on boat.

Day 08: Halong – Hanoi (B, L)
Wake up early morning to admire the sunrise, Breakfast then paddle by small bamboo boat to visit Luon (grottoes) cave. Cruise to Bai Tu Long bay and sightseeing Fire island, Man Head island, Fishing village. Having lunch on boat and arrive at Ha Long wharf about 12.00 noon. Get on our bus and drive to Hanoi with stop on the way at Dongtrieu pottery village. Arrival Hanoi at 4pm, check in hotel and free in evening 

Day 09: Hanoi departure (B)
You are free for shopping or visiting Hanoi until time we transfer you to airport for departure flight.
