Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi – City Tour (-)
Upon your arrival in the morning, a private car will pick you up and transport you to your hotel in Hanoi for check-in.
In the afternoon, we will visit the Temple of Literature, West Lake, Dong Xuan Market, O Quan Truong Gate, the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Ngoc Son Temple.
Afterwards, we will head back to the hotel and dinner will be on your own.
Free time in the evening.
(Note: visit of Hanoi night market on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
Day 2: Hanoi – Mai Chau (B, L, D)
Today, our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel. We will depart for Mai Chau, following Thang Long highway until reaching Xuan Mai, before taking a small road with less traffic.
On the way, we will visit a water wheel and a sugar cane plantation. In Hoa Binh, we will visit the Muong’s Culture Museum, a place where you can learn more about the customs and traditions of this ethnic group. We will then continue our visit to a Muong ethnic village, where you will have the opportunity to witness the rural life.
Lunch with the local family.
After that, we will continue on our way to Mai Chau along a beautiful river. You will see many islands and islets on the river, which looks like Ha Long Bay. In Mai Chau, check-in at the homestay (optional: stay at a hotel).
Dinner and traditional show including a Mua Sap performance.

Day 3: Mai Chau – Hanoi (B, L)
Wake up in the early morning to enjoy the fresh atmosphere in this mountainous area. Walk around to visit the surroundings, including Hang Doi Cave (“Bat Cave”). Have a nice breakfast before we start a 2-hour trek across a beautiful nature, until reaching Pho Doan, where our driver is waiting for us. We will start our way back to Hanoi, following Ho Chi Minh trail. You will reach your hotel around 5:00pm.

Day 4: Hanoi – Departure (B)
Enjoy your free time until being picked up and taken to the airport for your departure flight. End of the tour.
