Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi – City Tour (-)
Upon your arrival in the morning, a private car will pick you up and transport you to your hotel in Hanoi for check-in.
In the afternoon, we will visit the Temple of Literature, West Lake, Dong Xuan Market, O Quan Truong Gate, the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Ngoc Son Temple.
Afterwards, we will head back to the hotel and dinner will be on your own.
Free time in the evening.
(Note: visit of Hanoi night market on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
Day 2: Hanoi – Mai Chau – Pu Luong (Trekking) (B, L, D)
Today, our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel.
We will depart for Mai Chau, following Thang Long highway until reaching Xuan Mai, before taking a small road with less traffic. On the way, we will visit a water wheel and a sugar cane plantation. We will reach Pam Coong Village in Mai Chau around noon. We will take a walk around to visit the village before having lunch with a local family.
In the afternoon, we will drive 20 km further away until reaching the starting point for our 3-hour trek. We will go through charming villages, rice paddies and karst mountains until reaching Kho Muong, a little hamlet hidden in a small valley surrounded by mountains and water streams. There, we will check-in at a Thai ethnic minority homestay.
Dinner and overnight at the homestay.
Day 3: Pu Luong – Hanoi (B, L)
Wake up in the early morning to enjoy the fresh atmosphere in this mountainous area. Walk around to visit the surroundings, including Hang Doi Cave (“Bat Cave”). Have a nice breakfast before we start a 2-hour trek across a beautiful nature, until reaching Pho Doan, where our driver will be waiting for us.
We will head back to Hanoi, following Ho Chi Minh trail until reaching the hotel around 5:00pm.
Check-in and free time in the evening.
Day 4: Hanoi – Departure (B)
Enjoy your free time until being picked up and transported to the airport for your departure flight.
