Day 1: Arrival in Da Nang – Hoi An (-)
On arrival, our driver will pick you up and take you to your hotel in Hoi An, a charming ancient town with a unique atmosphere.
Free time for the rest of the day.
Day 2: Hoi An – Tra Que Vegetable Village – Hoi An (B, L)
After breakfast, our tour guide will take you for a short bike ride to visit Tra Que village. There, you will experience the daily life of local people and learn more about their work on vegetable fields. After a relaxing foot massage and a remarkable cooking class, you will have lunch with a local family.
In the afternoon, we will head back to Hoi An for a walking tour to visit the ancient city, including major landmarks like the Japanese bridge and Tan Ky House among others.
Dinner on your own and free time in the evening.
Day 3: Hoi An – My Son – Hoi An (B, L)
This morning, we will drive to visit My Son archeological site, recognized by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Located in a lush valley, My Son was the capital and religious center of the Cham people. Today, a few sanctuaries and square-shaped towers – built with red bricks without mortar - are still standing. My Son is considered to be in the same league with other great Southeast Asian archaeological sites such as Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand, and Borobudur in Indonesia. Originally, there were about 70 towers but only 29 remain now. They were built between the 4th and 13th century.
After the visit, we will drive back to the hotel before having lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will have free time to visit Hoi An on your own or relax on the beach (4 km away from the city).
Day 4: Hoi An – Departure (B)
Have a nice breakfast before enjoying your free time until our driver takes you to the airport. End of service.
