VECC02: Getaway in the Center – 4 days

On arrival, our driver will pick you up and take you to your hotel in Hoi An, a charming ancient town with a unique atmosphere.

Free time for the rest of the day.

This morning, we will drive to visit My Son archeological site, recognized by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Located in a lush valley, My Son was the capital and religious center of the Cham people. Today, a few sanctuaries and square-shaped towers – built with red bricks without mortar - are still standing. My Son is considered to be in the same league with other great Southeast Asian archaeological sites such as Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand, and Borobudur in Indonesia. Originally, there were about 70 towers but only 29 remain now. They were built between the 4^th and 13^th century.

After the visit, we will drive back to the hotel before having lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit the ancient city and its major landmarks, including the famous Japanese bridge, the old house of Tan Ky, and many others.

Back to the hotel, dinner on your own and free time in the evening.

After breakfast, you will have free time to discover Hoi An on your own.

In the afternoon, we will drive to Hue, the former capital of Vietnam. On the way, we will stop to visit Marble Mountains and the Cham museum in Da Nang. We will also take a break at the top of Hai Van pass to enjoy the splendid panorama. After a few photos at the beautiful Lang Co beach, we will arrive in Hue.

Check-in at the hotel and free time in the evening.

The day will be dedicated to an exciting full-day visit of Hue.

After breakfast, we will drive to Perfume River tourist port, from where we will cruise along the peaceful river and its stunning scenery. After, visit to Thien Mu Pagoda and The Citadel.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we will visit the tombs of Emperors Minh Mang and Khai Dinh.

Later, you will be driven to the airport for your departure flight. End of service.
