Day 1: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (L, D)
7:30am-12:00pm (noon): Our guide will come to pick you up at the meeting point. Depart for Ha Long (you will stop around 10:00am to take a break).
12:00pm (noon)-12:30pm: You will reach Ha Long and the Pelican Cruise lounge. Registration procedure for the cruise.
12:30pm: Transfer to the cruise ship.
1:00pm-1:30pm: Board the boat. Welcome drink. After that, cruise briefing provided by the Glory Legend Cruise crew.
Next on the program: have a fabulous buffet lunch onboard while the boat is sailing from Ha Long Bay to Bai Tu Long Bay. You will have the chance to observe fantastic karstic islets, some of them being named after their odd shape (Stone Dog Islet, Fighting Cock…). After a while, you will reach Vung Vieng.
3:30pm-5:30pm: Visit Vung Vieng Fishing Village on a small rowing boat. You will meet the locals during this relaxing excursion. Breathe the fresh air and enjoy the natural setting.
After that, you will be able to go for a swim or to take kayak to explore Bai Tu Long Bay.
5:30pm-7:30pm: Return to the boat. You will be able to watch the sunset.
If you wish, you can enjoy massage and spa services onboard – please check with the crew (optional).
Then, take part into a cooking class on the sundeck. Have fun during Happy Hour (1 drink purchased = 1 free drink).
7:30pm-9:30pm: A wonderful luxury dinner with Vietnamese dishes will be served onboard.
Later, spend the evening at your leisure. Several activities are possible (watching a movie, listening to music, reading a book, socializing with other passengers, enjoying spa and massage services, or go to squid fishing).
11:00pm: End of Day 1.
Day 2: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
6:15am-6:45am: Wake up early if you want to watch the sunrise. Take part in a Tai Chi class on the sundeck.
7:00am-7:45am: Have a good breakfast.
7:40am-8:45am: Later, you will be transferred to Sung Sot Cave. Explore this magnificent place (approximately 45min), largely recognized as one of the 10 most beautiful grottos in the world.
9:00am-9:30am: Prepare your luggage before checking out of your cabins. Settle your bills.
9:30am-11:00am: Buffet brunch will be served while the vessel is cruising towards the port. It will be your last opportunity to sunbathe onboard and appreciate the natural setting of this wonderful place.
11:30am: Disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor.
12:00pm (noon)-4:30pm: Return trip to Hanoi by shuttle bus.
2:00pm: Stop at Dong Trieu Village to visit a traditional pottery workshop.
4:30pm: Arrive in Hanoi.
End of service.
NOTES:
1. Timing for activities may slightly vary. The itinerary or program is subject to change if necessary (depending on the weather and tide conditions). Swimming and kayaking can be cancelled if those activities can’t be enjoyed due to bad weather. Non-used services are not refundable.
2. Cuisine onboard is a fusion between Western and Vietnamese dishes. If you have specific requests regarding the food (allergies, vegetarian food, etc.), please notify us upon booking.
3. The following information is required for each passenger when booking in advance: full name, date of birth, citizenship, gender, passport number, and expiry date of the visa.
4. A valid passport is required upon boarding the boat.
