Day 01. Luang Prabang
On arrive, our guide pick up and transfer to hotel. Check in hotel and free in evening.
 
Day 02. Luang Prabang - Nong Khiaw - Muong Ngoi Kao  - 6 hours by boat(B, L, D)
Today, we take boat up the Mekong River. On the way, we stop at a village making paper, a village making distill sticky rice alcohol and Pak Ou Cave (1000 Buddha Cave). At the confluence of the Mekong and the Nam Ou, we continue up the Nam Ou River and stop for lunch at a restaurant.
Nam Ou is the longest inland river in Laos. The cruise along the Nam Ou offers us an enjoyable time of viewing the beautiful scenic landscape and stunning mountain. We arrive in Muang Ngoi around 5:00pm, a full enjoyable day of river trip. On arrive check in a guesthouse. Dinner and overnight there.

Day 03: Muong Ngoi Kao - Muong Khua  - 4 hours boat (B, L, D)
It is worth an early wake up to watch beautiful sunrise over lime stone mountain and wonder around the Ngoi village. After breakfast we embark to continue our journey up the Nam Ou past picturesque scenery. We stop for lunch served with local food on the river side. We continue to Muang Khua for over night in a guest house.
Muong Khua is a small town inhabited by Yunanese, Vietnamese and Lao. There are some colonial building can be found. The town is 45 km from Laos – Vietnam border, recently open to foreigner.

Day 04: Muong Khua - Tay Trang Border - Dien Bien Phu/100 km (B, L)
After breakfast, we travel through one of the most remote area of Northern Laos toward Lao – Vietnam border. In the rainy season, there will be several stream crossings along this bumpy ride! Our guide from Vietnam will pick you up at Tay Trang border and transfer you to Dien Bien Phu for check-in.
Dien Bien Phu is well known through out of the world as a battle field in the middle of 20^th  century. The city, 45 km from the Laos border, locates in Muong Thanh Valley.
After lunch, we visit the historical sites such as De Castrie’s bunker, the Dien Bien Phu museum, the A1 hill…

Day 05: Dien Bien Phu - Sin Ho - Muong Lay - Paso/195km (B, L)
After breakfast, we drive to Sin Ho. The road twists and passes through the picturesque sceneries. Moreover, we’ll have chance to encounter with the minorities people as White Thai, Hmong… We arrive in Sin Ho around lunch time. Sin Ho now day is famous for its medical plantation and its tropical orchid variety.
After lunch, we continue the ride on a winding road to Paso, a little town lies on a confluence of Black River, famous for its giant cat fish. We arrive to Paso by late afternoon for check-in. We will spend the night in a hotel on riverside.

Day 6: Paso - Lai Chau - Tam Duong - Sapa/130km (B, L)
The drive from Paso to Sapa is one of the most scenery and mountainous stretch of road in the whole of Viet Nam. We pass by many small villages of H’mong, Dzao and White Thai ethnic minorities. We stop at Tam Duong for lunch.
After lunch, the road weaves its way through the picturesque valley and mountain. We will drive uphill to the highest pass “Heavens Gate Pass” which is in a height of 2000 meter. If the weather is clear the views here are magnificent. There are plenty of possibilities for making photo stops. We arrive in Sapa in the afternoon. Check in hotel and free at the rest of the day.

Day 07: Sapa - Ta Van Village (B, L, D)
Having breakfast. Then prepare to go for trek – take the footpath to trek down to the rim of a deep valley on the way you have chance to meet the black H’mong people of Laochai village and Dzay people of Tavan village. Picknic lunch  prepared by our guide  serve on the way. Today we will stay at the familly of Dzay minorities, you have chance to see the real life of the very traditional minority. Our guide will guide you how to cook
 vietnamese food. Dinner and stay at homestay.

Day 08 Sapa visit Giang Ta Chai & Hau Thao village (B, L, D)
Breakfast at familly, enjoy the early fresh air of the mountainous area. Continue with the footpath to trek through bamboo forest and reach to Giang Ta Chai the village of Red Dzao minority, Enjoy waterfalls here, having picnic lunch at Red Dzao familly. Pass by the rattan bridge we will visit another village call Hau Thao then back to the main road and driving back to the hotel by Jeep. Get yourself fresh with hot shower before transfer to train station. Dinner at restaurant at Laocai. Overnight on train 

Day 09: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay (B,L,D)
Arrive hanoi at 5.30am, transfer to visit Hoan Kiem lake in early morning with full of people doing morning exercise, having breakfast at a restaurant then we will start our Halongbay trip at 8.00am spend about 3 and half hour drive through fertile Red River Delta, passing wonderful landscape, rice paddy fields …You will be in Halong Bay. Get on boat, then cruising around the bay when having lunch with fresh seafood and viewing wonderful islets, fishing villages…After lunch you will visit Surprising Cave that is called ‘cave of legends –really beautiful then we cruise to a really beautiful and romantic place for you start your kayaking to explore the caves, sandy beaches…You also can paddle to Titop Island for a nice swim or climb up to the top to see wonderful sunset.Overnight on boat under stars and in the dream-like environment

Day 10: Halong Bay – Ninhbinh (B, L, D)
Waking up in a dreamy environment decorated by white sandy beaches as the tide begins to fall. Great time for swimming and sunbathing. We take a small boat to reach some fishing villages in middle of the bay to experience their floating life. On the way you will see some nice rocky mountains that we call ‘Man’s head and the Turtle, then cruising through hundreds of nice islet that are believed to be the place where the child dragon landed. Check out the boat at 12.00 then we will drive on Red river delta through Haiphong province to Thaibinh province to Namdinh province to Ninh Binh, upon arrive check in hotel and free in evening.

Day 11: Hoa Lu – Trang an – Hanoi (B, L)
With many limestone rock mountain that grow from green rice field Ninh Binh know as Ha Long Bay on land. Today we will visit Dinh temple and Le temple, these 2 temple are maintain of HoaLu capital back to date in 10 century. We then continue our visit by take bamboo boat to visit Trang An Grottoes, this area is located 4km Southwest of Hoa Lu ancient capital inside Trang An Eco tourism complex. The Trang An Grottoes has an area of 1,500 hectares; including: limestone ranges, valleys, caves and rivers. All these factors make a fancinate and romantic atmostphere. There is a system of unique grottoes like Ba Giot, Dia Linh, Toi (Dark Cave), Sang (Bright Cave), Ao Trai Cave and Seo Cave. There are also valleys like Tran Temple valley, May valley, Khong Valley, Nau Ruou Valley. Have lunch at a restaurant, after lunch we will drive back to Hanoi. Arrive check in hotel and free in evening.

Day 12: Departure (B)
You are free for relaxing and shopping until the time transfer to Airport for departure flight .Tour ended.
