Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is famous for 36 streets and other cutural specificities. When setting foot in Hanoi, people can see the images of street vendors in every road, every lane and every alley. And the images of these street vendors make a speciality which there is just in land of Hanoi. These street vendors are active from morning to evening, even at night, and on rainy day or sunny days. Hanoi may get older, but the street vendors are never old. Both in the past and nowadays, street vendors become familiar and is a cultural beauty that anyone coming to Hanoi will never forget.

In the morning, even when everyone is still sleeping, we can hear hawkers’ voice to offer and sell the good.

Many people have argued that street vendors are an indispensable part in urban life. Because no need to go shopping, people still can buy enough food and other necessary goods for the activities of the family from the street vendors.

On the simple bicycle, there are many kinds of good: fresh flowers, sweet fruits, household appliances and so on. With the small amount of money earned from street vendors every day, these people are carrying the burden of life on their shoulders, including of the future of their sons and daughters. The livelihoods are very hard but these people are contributing to creat a unique culture, a color for Hanoi: the culture of street vendors.
