Can Tho is the largest city in the Mekong Delta. It is located on the south bank of Hau River, the largest tributary of the Mekong, and at 169km from Ho Chi Minh City. Can Tho is renowned for its floating markets, rice paper mills and picturesque canals. The local climat is tropical with monsoons and marked by two distinct seasons: the rainy season from May to November, and the dry season, which runs from December to April.

My Tho province is located at approximately 80km from Ho Chi Minh City. The main asset of this region full of rivers is characterized by the possibility to take boat trips in the middle of picturesque islands of fantastic shapes, such as the Phoenix Island, the Turtle Island or Unicorn Island. You can visit the peaceful Vinh Trang Pagoda, a worship temple for Caodaism, and you can enjoy discovering the daily life of the inhabitants.

Ba Be

Located at 240km from Hanoi, in Ba Be National Park (Ban Can province), it is one of the largest freshwater lake in the world. In spite of its calcareous soil and its location at 145m above sea level, Ba Be Lake never runs dry. It covers 500ha, its length is 8km and its width is 3km, while its depth varies between 20m and 30m.
