I. Booking a Package Tour
1. Received your requested
This step may be by mail or by fax or telephone or by any mean that you think it will be convenience for you. If possible please give us your detail of: date of travel, size of group, time of arrival and departure, preferred hotel standard or budget of each night you would like to spend.

2. Designing and making a program,
Base on your request we will make an unique itinerary and quotation and send to you for further discussion.
Agreement and confirm the trip.
One you agree with program and would like to confirm the trip. We will start reserve services for your travel.

3. Deposit and Payment
After checking and reserving all the services available for your trip then we will request you to pay deposit for your trip. Normally will be 20 percent of all your total cost of your packages. You can make the payment to us through following mean:
 
Bank transfer
West Union money transfer
Prepaid to our Vietnamese bank by credit card detail
Cash, this way only available when you are in Vietnam.
 
II. Booking a Hotel Room
1. Select your hotel
Select preference hotel on our website and then contact to us, give us information of     the hotel, number of the room and room preference then send to us with your contact email.

2. Confirm your hotel booking
When we received your email with all the information, we will check your chosen hotel’s availability and will confirmed to you as soon as possible normally within 24 hours. There will be 2 option
- If the hotel is available, we will send you an email with detail of promotion (if any), cost per room, payment mode and deadlines
- If the hotel is not available then we will try to suggest an alternative hotel or other solutions for you to consider

3.Payment
When you decided to reserve the room, please settle your payment to us. You can make the payment to us through following mean:
Bank transfer
West Union money transfer
Prepaid to our Vietnamese bank by credit card detail
Cash, this way only available when you are in Vietnam.

4. Get your service voucher
Once your payment have been authorised by our bank, we will issue our service voucher by email. Please print them out then presented upon check-in.
