GP Travel is both a receptive travel agency and a creator of unique tours in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. We handle the organization of your travel (visits, transportation, accommodation, airfare for flights in Indochina, visa, etc.) but our offer does not include international flight tickets.

If you are not looking to buy a full “package” travel solution, we can offer you partial services, depending on your demand: for example, we can take care of only obtaining a visa, only arrange the accommodation, only transport you to different tourist sites, etc.

You will also be able to find many different itineraries possibility in the “Tours” section of the website.

For Vietnam:
- In the “Discovery & Culture” section, you will find the essential, classic sites to visit
- In the “Authentic & Exclusive” section, you will find off-the-beaten-tracks itineraries, in places still unknown and often untouched from mass tourism
- In the “Trekking & Nature” section, you can consult some itineraries that are geared towards visitors wishing to discover mountainous areas and who love walking for 3 hours or more through beautiful natural settings
- In the “Excursions” section: you will find modules that you can use to build your own itinerary

All of our tours can be modified, whether regarding the duration of the stay, the selected hotels or the suggested activities, in the case that our sample programs do not correspond to what you are looking for. If that is the case, please click on “Contact Us” to get our email address and send us your request, or click on “Customized Tours” to fill a form and build your personalized itinerary. Please detail your wishes and preferences as much as possible. Based on your information, our consultant will build a customized solution for you.

In order to book a tour, please follow the steps below:

1) Reception of your request 

The GP Travel team is ready to receive your requests through the online inquiry forms found on the webpage for each tour, by email, fax, or phone call. We need details such as your desired tour, departure date, size of group, preferred hotel standard, and nightly budget.

2) Building your itinerary

After receiving your detailed request, our team will build a customized itinerary based on your desires. Everything will be sent to you as soon as possible including a quotation and will serve as a basis of discussion. There is no additional fee for questions or modifications to the program.

3) Agreement and confirmation

Once an agreement is found, GP Travel will ask you to confirm the trip. Then, preparations will be made to organize your trip.

4) Deposit and payment

After your confirmation, GP Travel will request you to pay a deposit. This deposit shall be 20% of the total cost of your package. You can make the payment by bank transfer, collection of payment, credit card, or in cash (if you are in Hanoi). The deposit has to be paid to confirm the trip. The balance shall be paid before you arrival (by bank transfer) or upon your arrival, at GP Travel offices. Please refer to the "Terms & Conditions" section for more details.

Book a hotel room

1) Select your hotel

Choose a hotel from our selection in "Hotels" and send us an email with the following information: name of the hotel, number of rooms, and room category.

2) Booking confirmation

After receiving your request, we will check the hotel room availability and give you an answer within 24 hours.

If the selected hotel room is available, we will send you details regarding the price of the rooms and eventual promotions.

Otherwise, we will suggest alternative hotels for you to consider.

3) Payment

Once you have confirmed the booking, GP Travel will send you an invoice. You can select to pay by bank transfer, collection of payment, credit card, or in cash (if you are in Hanoi).

4) Service Voucher

Once the payment is received, we will send a service voucher by email. Please print this voucher and present it at the check-in desk.
