Located at 50 km from Nghia Lo, at the foothills of Khau Pha range and on the road to Mu Cang Chai, the valley of Tu Le has its own, unique identity. This area is famous for its sticky rice and its grilled pork. Its rice terraces landscapes are simply spectacular. Among the local ethnic minorities: the Thai and Dzao groups.



Khau Pha Pass
A few kilometers away from Tu Le, Khau Pha pass is the longest and most perilous pass on the national road No32 (more than 30 km in length). It is one of the four most famous passes of the North, due to its sheer beauty and its danger. From Khau Pha pass, you can enjoy a stunning view on Tu Le valley. The best time to visit this region is during the harvesting season (September).
